The New Taipei City Public Library is now open for business in Banqiao District. 新北市市立圖書館現在於板橋區啟用了。
The newly constructed building stands 10 floors above ground and three floors below. 新落成的建築物有地上十層和地下三層。
In addition, it is the first library in Taiwan to provide 24-hour daily service for reading and checking out books. 此外，它是台灣首間提供每日二十四小時借閱服務的圖書館。
The city's Cultural Affairs Bureau stated that various floors of the building will open and close at different times of the day to ensure that the library remains open for every hour of the day.新北市文化局說大樓的不同樓層將在一天的不同時段開啟或關閉來確保圖書館每個小時持續開放。
