  • cure (n.) 解藥，治癒。例：There is still no cure for AIDS. (目前還沒有治癒愛滋病的方法。)
  • 湯瑪斯‧愛迪生 (1847-1931) 是美國著名的發明家，創立了奇異公司 (General Electric)，他的門洛帕克實驗室 (Menlo Park laboratory) 被譽為世界第一個工業研究實驗室。
